Q:  What is Social Media Marketing (SMM)?

A:  SMM involves promoting content in various ways to social media users, in an attempt to increase brand visibility and drive more traffic to your website.  SMM involves building your network.

Q:  Can I submit my own content to social media sites?

A:  Yes, anyone can post things on social media sites, however its recommended to get a reputable person to manage this for you, if you are a business.

Q:  How many social sites should I use?

A:  There are literally thousands of sites however I would recommend anything from 2 – 6.  It is important to find your ‘voice’ on the social networking sites to find which is best for your target audience.

Q:  Why do I need to bother with social media?

A:  The way we communicate is now predominately driven by social media.  In my opinion, this is the most effective way to advertise your business or brand.

Q:  Do I need to give you my log-in details?

A:  You can either book time with us and we can show you via the Training, however if you want us to work remotely giving us your log-in details is the fastest way for me to work.

Q:  Do I need to book a minimum amount of hours?

A:  Minimum of 2 hours per session.

Q:  Will there be things you may not be able to do for me?

A:  Possibly, however we will make sure we refer someone in our network.

Social Media Training

Q:  How does it work?

A:  You either book time with us in person, or we can work remotely from shared PC screens via technology we use.

Q:  How long does it take?

A:  Depending on what level your PC skills are at currently, and your goals for social media / PC use.  Social media training is normally between 2 – 3 hours per session, but duration of training would always be discussed when establishing your goals.

Q:  Do you provide after-care support?

A:  Yes we provide email after-care support, however if it is clear that further training is required we would recommend you book another session.
